BSTFLEX Titanium Turbo Blanket Materials:With an outer layer made from actual pulverized volcanic lava rock (continuous-filament basalt) formed into fabric and woven into a tight mesh weave, these turbo blankets are internally insulated with high temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool, overlaid with a high temperature silica fabric for increased durability and for improved thermal resistance. We also provide LAVA fiber fabric inside, too. The Lava Turbo Blankets are designed to withstand the harshest of conditions.

Silicone coated fiberglass Fire Sleeve is designed to protect hoses,wires and cables from the hazards of high heat and occasional flame.

Fire Sleeve protects continuously to 260°C/500°F and will withstand a molten splash at 1200°C/2200°F. Made of braided fiberglass yarns in a flexible substrate,it is then coated with a high grade silicone rubber.

Resistant to hydraulic fluids, Lubricating oils,and fuels, Silicone Sleeve insulates against energy loss in piping and hosing;protects employees from burns;and allows bunding of wires,hoses,and cables.

Silicone coated fiberglass Fire Sleeve is the perfect cover to protect hydraulic hoses,pneumatic lines and wiring bundles.

Silicone coated fiberglass Fire Sleeve can withstand repeated exposures to molten steel, molten aluminum and molten glass up to 3000°F (1650°C).

Floor and Tunnel Heat and Sound Shield heat shield mat is designed to provide the best possible heat protection in areas where high temperatures are always present and problematic, Heatshield Thermal Barriers limits heat transfer on fire walls, transmission tunnels, floor boards, fuel cells and other areas where heat is an issue. Tunnel Heat Shield provides excellent light weight thermal protection, acts as a guard against track and road debris, and provides sound deadening as well.
Constructed with an embossed 10 mil aluminum face bonded to 1/8” composite glass-fiber core and backed with a high temp super strong pressure sensitive backing, INSULATION EXTREME HEAT BARRIER withstands up to 1750°F of direct continuous heat. The adhesive side holds past 450°F. Its improved multifaceted modern aluminum surface offers improved reflectivity and rigidity and allows for ease of installation. At only 3/16” thick, this product can be shaped and trimmed for a custom fit and is ideal for minimal clearance areas.
With a unique and patented finely woven glass-fiber backing, Heat shield thermal barriers is the easiest, most cost effective way to control thermal transfer while protecting expensive components and vehicle occupants from extreme heat situations and sound.
Floor and Tunnel Heat and Sound Shield can be used on any number of surfaces including, metal, aluminum, carbon fiber, plastic, and more.
