BSTFLEX nylon protective sleeve with velcro

BST-VNPS and BST-VHNPS nylon protective sleeve with velcro is made by nylon multifilament. The Velcro hook and loop closure allows for easy installation on hoses and cables that cannot be removed to add a continuous sleeve. Also allows for easy retrofit, inspection or replacement. It is used to protect people, environment and machinery against any possible hydraulic hose oil leakage or spill.           
The tight woven construction can provide excellent abrasion resistance and high degree of burst resistance.        
There is 2 kinds of nylon protective sleeve with velcro, BST-VNPS made by normal nylon protective sleeve, BST-VHNPS made by heavy duty nylon protective sleeve, the velcro is nylon velcro.        
It is widely used to protect hydraulic pipes, rubber hose ,plastic pipes, wire harness from damage, this kind of sleeve can also be used in industrial and construction fields where outstanding hose productions are needed.

BSTFLEX Exhaust Pipe Heat Shield Blanket

Custom fabricated BSTFLEX Exhaust Pipe Heat Shield Blanket systems for engine and generator exhaust components such as mufflers, turbo-chargers and pipe feature high temperature capability, reduction of thermal radiation and convection within the engine room and sound reduction.  Often used for marine powerplants & generators and stationary backup power systems for industrial, commercial and municipal installations.

A thick needled fiberglass or silica insulation is mechanically supported by a stainless steel or inconel mesh and an outer fabric of either silicone rubber coated fiberglass, aluminized fiberglass or silica. Fiberglass is suitable for most non-turbocharged reciprocating engines. Silica may be required for turbo-charged engines and is required for gas turbine engine applications

Exhaust Pipe Heat Shield Blanket is specially designed for exhaust piping, elbows allowing for hangers/brackets, flanges, clamps, etc. We also makes special blankets for flex connectors, bellows and expansion joints. The insulation materials used allows for contraction, expansion and vibration.

Removable blanket sections are assembled with either locking wire or spring clips with stainless hook fasteners or mushroom cap rivits mounted on the fabrics.

BSTFLEX heat reflective silicone coated fiberglass sleeve

Heat Reflective Silicone Fiberglass Sleeve is non-alkali fiberglass braided sleeve coated with special inorganic reflective compound silicone rubber. Heat Reflective Fiberglass Sleeve is treated at a suitably high temperature to prossess excellent flexibility, toughness, self-extinguishment and dielectric strength, and to obtain a temperature classification of 180°C.

It has especially good radiation resistance in addition to resistance to ozone, moisture, corona, weathering, fungus and chemical attack. 

It is used extensively in the construction of wiring harnesses for use in motor vehicles.

basalt fiber sewing thread is a new mineral fiber with the main material of basalt, and it is a new fiber material which made of rocky wool by high temperature melting and refrigeration. It not only has the specifications of asbestos and fiberglass, but also has other kinds of excellent capabilities. For example:

BSTFLEX Silica Fiber Sewing Thread

Silica Fiber Sewing Thread is made of multi-ply 96% pure SiO2 silica fiber yarn treated with PTFE after high twist compound. It features high tensile strength, good sewing property and high temperature resistance.

Silica yarn is a necessary fitting material and used to sew filter bags,fire blanket on industrial high-speed sewing machine, also used to sew weak alkali-resistant weave and used in high temperature cable braiding.

It can be used below 1000℃ for a long period of time, with high tensile strength. It will fulfill the need of sewing filter bags used in carbon black/metallurgy/cement industries.

BSTFLEX Twisted Fiberglass Rope

BSTFLEX Twisted Fiberglass Rope is a non-asbestos product used in low pressure in ingot moulds, pipe insulation,thermal shields. It is made of high quality texturized fiberglass yarns by twisting process(one-strand twisting or multi-strand twisting), it is the most economic fiberglass rope. This rope will not burn will withstand continuous exposure to temperatures of 1000°F / 520°C. This material resists most acids and alkalis and is unaffected by most bleaches and solvents. It is highly flexible and conformable.
