BSTFLEX Basalt Fiber Needle Felt

Basalt Fiber Needle Felt in the basalt interspersed single fiber disorder interlaced to form a non-directional three-dimensional porous structure. As a result of 7-9μm smaller fibers, large surface area, porosity is about 80%, non-boron, can be used for advanced air filtration and purification, thermal acoustic insulation materials, hot-rolled steel mirror, aluminum and high temperature soft bedding materials.

BSTFLEX fiberglass wool insulation felt

fiberglass wool insulation felt is a mechanically bonded glass fiber insulation blanket of uniform density supplied in thicknesses of 3 mm to 50 mm that offers reliable, superior performance for continuous operating temperatures up to 1000° F (538° C) and excursions to 1200° F (649° C). 
Fiberglass needle mat, or fiberglass needle felt, provides an excellent source of both thermal and acoustic insulation used in petrochemical refineries,  valve cover fabrication, automotive applications, and for die-cut applications.
The Fiberglass Needle Mat is manufactured from a well-controlled assortment of long textile glass fibers to assure uniform mechanical bonding with no additional binders, thereby assuring insulation efficiency during extended exposure of elevated temperatures.

BSTFLEX high temperature ceramic wool insulation blanket

This high temperature ceramic wool insulation blanket is designed for use to temperatures as high as 1650°C (3002°F).
Ceramic Fibre Blanket resists attack in aggressive chemical environments due to its high purity & refractory nature. It is stable in vacuum, inert or reducing atmospheres.
The Ceramic Fibre Blanket is manufactured from high purity alumino-silicate fibrous wool, and free of any asbestos, suitable for insulating material of high temperature tubes, the material of wall lines and back lines of industrial furnace, the sealing and insulating material of expanded gaps of furnace wall, furnace door, furnace top lid, ect., with properties of flexible and easy to install, low thermal conductivity, good tensile strength, chemical stability and light weight, etc.
