96 oz Silicone Rubber Coated Fiberglass Fabric is sold in 40″ (1016 mm) x 150 ft (45 m) rolls. It can be supplied in short cut lengths, customs shapes, or as fabricated curtains with grommets.

 

96 oz Silicone Rubber Coated Fiberglass Fabric 3260 g/m2 is constructed from a glass fiber base fabric, coated one side only with a very thick layer of specially compounded silicone rubber that sheds molten splash almost instantly, before heat transfer can occur.

 

The extra thick special formulation of silicone rubber sheds molten metals, slag, welding splatter, electrical or grinding sparks and contamination. 96 oz Silicone Rubber Coated Fiberglass Fabric also provides protection from ozone, UV and abrasion.

 

The silicone rubber coating is completely impervious to water, moisture, hydraulic oils. When exposed to high temperatures or molten splash for extended periods, the coating transforms into a silica refractory crust.

Floor and Tunnel Shield constructed with an embossed 10 mil aluminum face bonded to 1/8” composite glass-fiber core and backed with a high temp super strong pressure sensitive backing, Floor and Tunnel Shield withstands up to 1750°F of direct continuous heat. The adhesive side holds past 450°F. Its improved multifaceted modern aluminum surface offers improved reflectivity and rigidity and allows for ease of installation. At only 3/16” thick, this product can be shaped and trimmed for a custom fit and is ideal for minimal clearance areas.

 

With a unique and patented finely woven glass-fiber backing, Floor and Tunnel Shield is the easiest, most cost effective way to control thermal transfer while protecting expensive components and vehicle occupants from extreme heat situations and sound.

This Aluminum Heat Protection Tube is made by aluminium, stainless steel, coated glass-fibre, PET-Fleece, paper, insulation material.

2 layer, 3 layer, or more layer aluminum foil is available. This Aluminum Heat Protection Tube can be used to control cables, gear cables, cooling tubes, air conditioning and ventilation pipes, fuel hoses, wire sets and heat sensitive parts for Protection. This Aluminum Heat Protection Tube also can be used on the copper pipes which are used for shifter cables, speed indicator cables, hydraulic systems, electrical cables and LPG systems for Protection purposes.

Adhesive backed silica tape is a slit silica tape constructed from 96% pure SiO2 silica fiber, coated one side with a pressure sensitive adhesive backing that facilitates installation. The adhesive decomposes at high temperatures, leaving a perfectly tape-wrapped hose, cable or pipe.

 

This Adhesive backed silica tape is suitable for use at 1800°F (982°C), and able to withstand short term exposure up to 3000°F (1650°C), Adhesive backed silica tape sets the standard for flexibility and minimum lineal shrinkage under high heat conditions.

 

Width 20 mm to 1000 mm. Normal width is 2" ( 50 mm) and 4" (100 mm ). Customs width is available.
