Header Manifold Blanket
This Header Manifold Blanket simply clips into place on the upper portion of the header. The fabric side of the material should be facing the heat source and can withstand direct heat up to 750 degrees Fahrenheit. The aluminized side, facing away, can handle radiant heat up to 2000 degrees Fahrenheit, offers protection from abrasion and harmful liquid spills. Great for wrapping cast iron and also for RV applications.

Always wear safety glasses, dust mask, gloves and long sleeves are recommended when handling this product

BSTFLEX LAVA T2 Turbo Blanket Materials:With an outer layer made from actual pulverized volcanic lava rock (continuous-filament basalt) formed into fabric and woven into a tight mesh weave, these turbo blankets are internally insulated with high temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool, overlaid with a high temperature silica fabric for increased durability and for improved thermal resistance. We also provide LAVA fiber fabric inside, too. The Lava Turbo Blankets are designed to withstand the harshest of conditions.

The new quick-wrap Speed Sleeves Exhaust Wrap Jackets are an innovative way to insulate and block radiant heat.

The Speed Sleeves Exhaust Wrap Jackets cover the tubes vertically allowing for a consistent fit. The fit allows the exhaust system to expand as it comes up to operating temperatures without restrictions and provides air space for added insulation.

The Speed Sleeves Exhaust Wrap Jackets are easy to apply and can be installed with the headers mounted. Reduces under hood temperatures up to 70%. Increases horsepower and fuel efficiency. Jackets withstand temperatures up to 2000° F. Works on all headers with 2 in. diameter or smaller primaries. The kits include enough material to insulate up to 22 in. of each primary tube, and all necessary fasteners.

BSTFLEX high temperature resistant aluminum film and silicone rubber Coat fabric reflects radiant heat and also minimizes absorption of fluids and contamination.
It is used for a variety of shields and guards and in the construction of bellows for protection of hydraulic cylinders.
Aluminum Foil-Film One Side / Silicone Rubber One Side
Heat reflecting side available in aluminum foil and aluminum film.  Aluminum foil version should be used for static applications.  Aluminum film should be selected for applications involving movement or flexing, such as for bellows construction.
Protection from intense radiant heat up to 3000°F.
Reflects more than 95% of the radiant heat that contacts its surface.
