BSTFLEX welding blanket fabrics are woven from textured and un-textured fiberglass yarns. Some fabrics contain specialized coatings to resist high temperature and abrasion. Including plain fiberglass cloth, silicone coated fiberglass cloth, aluminum coated fiberglass cloth, vermiculite coated fiberglass cloth, neoprene coated fiberglass cloth, dyed fiberglass cloth, aluminized fiberglass cloth, high silica cloth and more.
In general, our fabrics are ideal for applications to 550oC, while special treatments allow the product to resist molten splash to 1000oC on a continuous basis and even higher temperatures for shorter periods.

Acrylic Coated Fiberglass Sleeve is a carefully engineered, high dielectric sleeving, having an initial average dielectric of 7 kV and a 1/32" wall outer layer of unsaturated glass, braided over and bonded to the acrylic sleeving.
Acrylic Coated Fiberglass Sleeve is a heat-treated, tightly braided fiberglass sleeving coated with a dielectric acrylic resin. This durable sleeving will withstand mechanical stress and holds it’s dielectric strength on all bends.
Acrylic Coated Fiberglass Sleeve is extremely flexible and easily installed. It is used in electrical apparatus such as electric motors, transformers, generators, home appliances, lighting fixtures, instrument circuits and controls, switchgear, breaker panels, welding equipment.
