High Temperature Heat Resistant Removable Insulation Blankets are ideal for engine manifolds, turbocharging, flexes, expansion joint, valves of all types, flanges, and sight glasses and also any equipment that has to be repaired/serviced in remote areas where insulation contractors are not readily available.

We will Fabricate Jacket for any Riser, Elbow, Muffler, or Tube. Same as Sample or Per Drawing.

All turbo heat shield and exhaust pipe heat shield is designed from the customers,and the general materials are:
Inside – this layer contact directly with heated surface, and we normally use fiberglass
cloth (600 C) or silica cloth (1200 C) as our main materials – sometimes it depends on
customer’s requirements also
Middle – this layer is also important for protecting heat lost, so we regularly use both
fiberglass wool,rock wool and ceramic wool.
Outside – this layer is shown outside on the top level; generally, it is fabricated by
waterproof fabric such as glass cloth with silicone coated or PTFE
(Polytetrafluoroethylene) to avoid water or fluid damaging insulating material

Note : our Pipe Jacket Insulation can be changed to other materials by customer’s
suggestions and ideas to fit their applications and budgets.

Always wear safety glasses, dust mask, gloves and long sleeves are recommended when handling this product
