 Colored Fiberglass exhaust header turbo heat shield wrap are the perfect exhaust insulating wrap for your motorcycle, go cart, or quad. It also adds to rider comfort, by reducing burns caused by exhaust pipes coming in direct contact with your legs and can even protect fairings from melting. By wrapping the exhaust system it maintains hotter exhaust gases, decreases the density, and allows the exhaust gas to exit the system faster! Greater exhaust scavenging is produced and lowers intake temperatures: that equals more horsepower. Our exhaust wrap withstand 1200°F continuous and 2000°F intermittent.

Colored Fiberglass exhaust header turbo heat shield wrap is asbestos free and is made from a base high quality fiberglass yarn. Red Fiberglass Exhaust Wrap is noncombustible, it is also water and fungus resistant. Always wear safety glasses, dust mask, gloves and long sleeves are recommended when handling this exhaust header wrap.

1: This BSTFLEX Colored fiberglass exhaust pipe header turbo high temperature resistant heat wrap is heat, flame and fire resistant.  Fiberglass (fibreglass or glass-fibre) woven tapes are fabricated from high quality type E fiberglass that will not burn and will withstand continuous exposure to temperatures of 1000°F / 520°C.

2: BSTFLEX Colored fiberglass exhaust pipe header turbo high temperature resistant heat wrap can be used to easily identify wiring, cables, hoses or pipes: such as supply or return lines.

3: Available colors are Gray, Red, Blue, White, Black, Nature, Yellow, and so on in 1" and 2" widths.  If additional colors are required, use of a plain fiberglass tape results in White being available.  By using the automotive header wrap tape, Black would also be available.

4: This material resists most acids and alkalis and is unaffected by most bleaches and solvents.  It is flexible and conformable.
