BSTFLEX Titanium Hyundai Genesis Turbo Blanket

Titanium Hyundai Genesis Turbo Blanket Materials:
With an outer layer made from actual pulverized volcanic lava rock (continuous-filament basalt) formed into fabric and woven into a tight mesh weave, these turbo blankets are internally insulated with high temperature calcium magnesium silicate wool, overlaid with a high temperature silica fabric for increased durability and for improved thermal resistance. We also provide LAVA fiber fabric inside, too. The Lava Turbo Blankets are designed to withstand the harshest of conditions.

BSTFLEX Aluminum Coated Fiberglass Fabric

Aluminum Coated Fiberglass Fabric reflects radiant heat and is the perfect protection for covering equipment that is in close proximity to intense radiant sources such as super-hot metal slabs, liquid and molten metals or glass, open flame/plasma or engine exhaust manifolds. Protects industrial wire, cable, hose, hydraulics and equipment cabinets and enclosures.

This Aluminum Coated Fiberglass Fabric reflects 95% or more of the radiant heat that contacts its surface.  Constructed from a high-temperature base fiberglass which is then coated with aluminum foil or aluminum film.

Aluminum foil coating is best for static applications and temperatures up to 650°F / 343°C, this fabric will withstand short duration exposure up to 1115°F / 600°C and up to 3000°F / 1650°C for very short durations.  The aluminum coating melts at 1220°F / 660°C.

Aluminum Coated Fiberglass Fabric has different thickness.

BSTFLEX Fire Sleeve with Metal Snap Closure

500°F / 260°C Continuous Exposure: Higher Intermittent
Fire Sleeve with Metal Snap Closure

Fire Sleeve with Metal Snap Closure provides molten splash and weld splatter protection to wires, cables, hoses, tubes and pipes.  Fire Sleeve with Metal Snap Closure provides a field installable protection sleeve utilizing metal snaps instead of Velcro closure strips.

Although Velcro sleeve such as our fire sleeve with velcro provides excellent protection in most harsh environments, only Fire Sleeve with Metal Snap Closure can endure the most demanding of liquid metal splash and heavy weld splatter. This sleeve also provides energy savings and personnel protection.

Snaps are typically installed at 4 or 6 inch spacing along the sleeve.  Additional snaps may easily be field installed to allow for unique bends or extra closure protection.

BSTFLEX Aluminized Fiberglass Sleeve with Snaps

This Aluminized Fiberglass Sleeve with Snaps reflects radiant heat from sources such as glowing steel slab, liquid metal pour streams, infrared heaters and other similar sources.

Aluminized Fiberglass Sleeve with Snaps made by high quality aluminum foil fiberglass fabric and snap. Aluminized Fiberglass Sleeve with Snaps is a flexible, aluminized, wrappable sleeve designed to protect components in high temperature areas. The outer aluminum finish is highly reflective while the inner layer of fiberglass greatly increases insulating efficiency.

This Aluminized Fiberglass Sleeve with Snaps reflects more than 95% of the radiant energy that hits its surface, keeping the underlying cables and hoses cool. Testing according to SAE-J2302 with a heat source of 480°C in 25 mm distance have shown temperature values on the protected component to be 40% lower than without protection.
